I have a love affair with Sriracha garlic chili sauce. It’s the only chili sauce I’ll eat and the most delicious condiment out there next to Heinz ketchup, Maille mustard, and Helman’s mayo. The only problem is that I don’t know how to control myself when it comes to the Sriracha. I can’t help dumping tons of this stuff all over my tasty bowl of pho, my trashy packet of ramen noodles, and my ever favorite, freshly made white rice. Unfortunately, my tolerance for hot sauce is really limited. So as much as I like eating Sriracha, I’m not built to handle huge quantities of it. And for that reason, I’ve ruined FOUR meals this year alone. Oh Sriracha! The tumultuous relationship we have!
